How we build.

Six steps from your first call to the day you move in. Nothing fancy — just the framework that lets us bring craft and calm to every project.

  1. 01

    Discovery + walk-through

    Every project starts with a real conversation — at the property if it exists, around a kitchen table if it doesn’t. We listen first: how you use the home, what you love, what you wish were different. There is no template; the brief comes from you.

  2. 02

    Planning + design coordination

    We bring in an architect or designer where one isn’t already on board, and we work alongside them through plans, selections, and budget. Decisions get made calmly, in the right order, with enough time to consider them — not under deadline pressure on site.

  3. 03

    Pre-construction + pricing

    Once plans are tight, we price the work line by line — transparent, itemized, and cost-plus. You see what materials cost, what labor costs, and what our fee is. No surprises, no marked-up mystery line items.

  4. 04

    Build

    On site, the same people who priced the project run it. We keep a tidy job site, communicate weekly (or daily if you want it), and post photos + progress so you always know what’s happening even if you live elsewhere.

  5. 05

    Punch + handoff

    Before we hand keys over, we walk every room with you — slowly. Anything that isn’t right gets fixed before we leave. You get the binder: warranties, paint colors, finish specs, mechanical manuals, sub contacts.

  6. 06

    After the build

    We stay reachable. Houses settle, seasons change, things come up. A call to us is always free; if a real fix is needed we’ll tell you what it is and what it costs honestly.
